Does acai trim and the Super Cleanse work?

I am about to start taking acai trim and natures secret colon cleanse. Im actually just wondering if anyone has ever tried this before and if it works? is it bad to be taking them both at the same time? if you could let me know what you think and what your results were when you did this or something similar?
